Our Direct Mailing Service Includes: Processing of a customer supplied list, CASS Certification, Removal of Duplicate Addresses, Presorting, Barcoding, Ink Jetting of Address onto Mail Piece, use of our Postal Permit and delivery to the U.S. Bulk Mail Facility.
NCOA Updates Available (National Change Of Address) – $8.00 / 1,000 addresses. This option matches the computerized list with official Postal Service customer provided permanent change of address orders received from individuals, families and businesses within the past 18 months.
Automated Postage Rates: Actual postage cost may be lower than price listed above. Postage is determined by the concentration of your mailing.
4x6 Postcards Presorted First Class the postage is between 19¢ to 22¢ cents per piece. Post Office Delivery time to the addressee is 1-3 days.
5x7 - 6x8 - 6x11 Postcards Presorted First Class Postage is between 31¢ to 36¢ per piece. Post Office Delivery time to the addressee is 1-3 days.
5x7 -6x8 - 6x11 Postcards Presorted Standard Postage is between 21¢ to 25¢ per piece. Post Office Delivery time to the addressee is 3-14 days.
We must receive your postage check 3 days prior to your mailing date payable to US Postmaster Brooklyn.
We will send you a copy of the postal receipt after your mail is delivered and processed by the post office.
Non-Profit rates available. Proper documentation is necessary to mail at non-profit rates.
Set-up For Automated Postage Rates: Guidelines must be followed to qualify for above rates. A clear white space measuring 4” wide and 2.25” high is required in the lower right corner of the postcard for address and barcode. This is the required space by the Post Office to qualify for presorted automated rates. If you choose not to leave the required white space for automated rates you can mail at presorted rates.

Once a job is delivered to the U.S. Bulk Mail Facility, this completes our responsibility and completely fulfills our contractual obligation with your order. Please review the Post Office Delivery times above for what the difference is between sending your mail First Class or Standard. Liquid Dreams Design is no way liable for your mailing once it is delivered to the Bulk Mail Facility. If your Direct Mail Campaign is time sensitive we recommend mailing First Class.
