All files must be CMYK, 300dpi and include 1/8” bleed! Keep all text 1/4" away from each
edge of the document, because we trim 1/8” all around. RGB files will not be accepted!
Avoid Borders & Frames as it makes it difficult when cutting.
Avoid fonts under 6pt. when printing solids!
We will review your files FREE of charge.
Adobe Photoshop up to CS3 Color Mode: CMYK Resolution: 300dp
Create the file & scan all images at 300 dpi for best quality. Submit Front & Back Separately.
Save as: PSD, PDF, TIF, JPG (Highest Quality) or EPS (Binary for Encoding & TIF (8bit/pixel)
as the Preview) You can Stuff or Zip your files.
SERVICES
Adobe Illustrator up to CS2 Color Mode: CMYK Resolution: 300dpi
Convert fonts to Outlines. Embed all Images. Overprint Black. Submit Front & Back
Separately. Create a binding box the exact size of document including bleed with no
fill and no stroke. Nothing should overlap onto the artboard. Save as: Illustrator
EPS or PDF You can Stuff or Zip your files.
Microsoft Publisher
Create the file & scan all images at 300 dpi for best quality. Submit the Front & Back
separately with a copy of all fonts (.ttf) used in your document to avoid font substitution.
